(1.) DELIBERATIONS were carried out for amicably settling the matter between the parties, who are present in court. However, at present the same does not seem to be possible.

(3.) THIS order will dispose of C.M.No.M -123 of 2010 filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act for grant of maintenance pendente lite and litigation expenses. The applicant -wife has submitted that she has no source of income of her own and, therefore, she is liable to be granted maintenance pendente lite during the pendency of appeal. It is stated that she is B.A. and for further educational qualifications, she has joined B.Ed. in Meerut University. It is stated that respondent belongs to a rich landlordCM No.M -123 of 2010 in family and the joint family has a triple storey house in New Anaj Mandi. The ground floor of the same has been given on rent. They are also running a commission agent shop and the open space of the same has also been rented out.
