JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE complainant made a complaint to the SSP, Ludhiana, in which it is mentioned that Aman Alam, Vipan Sharma, Honey Sharma and Umesh - present applicant, have duped his relative Gursewak Singh for a sum of Rs. 4,50,000/ -for sending him abroad. Three similar type of cases are pending against the Petitioner, the detail of which is given as under:
