JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 130, dated 20.07.2010, under Sections 307/323/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner has vehemently argued that there is a dispute about partition of the properties and vacation of Kothi in question, hence, Petitioner has been falsely implicated by his daughter -in -law / complainant saying that Petitioner (father -in -law) and Daljit Singh - brother -in -law came to the Kothi and father -in -law caught hold her arms and raised lalkara that since complainant party is not leaving the Kothi, hence, she should not be spared on which brother -in -law - Daljit Singh tried to strangulate her. Learned Counsel has further argued that Petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is in judicial custody w.e.f. 03.01.2011.
