GURINDERJIT SINGH Vs. PARBHJIT SINGH AND ANR

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Application is allowed subject to all just exceptions.

(2.) The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 17.9.2010, Annexure P2, passed by learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Malerkotla, vide which application of Petitioner filed under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure (hereinafter to be referred as 'the Code') has been dismissed.

(3.) I have heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and have gone through the whole record carefully including the impugned order passed by learned trial Court.
