JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed on behalf of Petitioner Nisha for quashing of FIR No. 85 dated 25.6.2010 under Sections 454, 380, 506 IPC registered at Police Station, Goraya district Jalandhar and all subsequent proceedings arising there from on the basis of compromise annexed as Annexure P-2 with the petition.

(2.) P. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner and complainant-Respondent No. 2 are husband and wife and they have compromised the matter between them. Both are residing together. The complainant has no objection in quashing of the said FIR.

(3.) Complainant Ashok Kumar (Respondent No. 2) is also present in the Court who has been identified by his counsel. On the asking of the Court, he has stated that he has no objection in quashing of said FIR.
