JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 172, dated 20.04.2010, under Sections 406, 498A, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Nissing, Karnal.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioners states that Petitioners have been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 03.05.2010 and they have joined the investigation.

(3.) CONSIDERING totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed. Order dated 03.05.2010 is made absolute, subject to the limitations provided under Section 438(2) of the Code. Petitioners -accused shall participate in the investigation as and when they are required.
