JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by petitioners, namely, Preeti Tangari and Tajinder Singh for issuing directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect their lives and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6.

(2.) The case came up for hearing on 27.1.2011 and following order was passed by this Court:-

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that both the petitioners, who are present in Court, being major have performed their marriage contrary to the wishes of respondents No.4 to 6 and are under constant threat by the private respondents.
