JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present regular second appeal has been filed against judgment and decree dated 27.11.2010 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Palwal, dismissing appeal filed by present Appellant -Defendant against judgment and decree dated 9.6.2010 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hath in, vide which suit filed by Respondent -Plaintiff for permanent injunction was decreed.

(2.) I have heard learned Counsel for the Appellant and have gone through the whole record carefully including both the judgments passed by learned Courts below.

(3.) ON notice being issued Respondent -Defendant denied that the Plaintiff is in possession. Rather the plea has been taken that the revenue entries are incorrect and liable to be corrected and that in fact he is in possession.
