JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 prays for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner.

(2.) I have considered the contention of learned counsel.

(3.) There appears to be a landlord-tenant dispute, respondent No.10 being the landlord. Respondent No.10 has already registered an FIR against the petitioner on the allegations that the petitioner has committed cognizable offence.
