JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision is directed against the judgment dated May 5th, 2011 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar affirming the judgment of conviction dated November 28th, 2008 and order of sentence dated December 1st, 2008 of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hansi, whereby, petitioner was convicted under Section 25 of the Arms Act and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year and to pay fine of Rs.300/- with default stipulation.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner does not challenge the judgments of conviction and only prays for reduction of sentence.
