JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Criminal Writ Petition in substance contains allegations of illegal detention of the petitioner's associates - co -villagers as bonded labourers by respondents No. 5 to 7.

(2.) ON November 11, 2011, the Warrant Officer was appointed to visit the brick -kiln and report with regard to the allegations.

(3.) FROM the contents of the report no prima facie case of illegal detention is made out.
