JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 852 dated 25.11.2009 under Sections 420/34 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Bathinda, District Bathinda.

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 5.4.2011 has directed to release the Petitioner on interim bail.

(3.) MR . K.D. Sachdeva, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions from HC Davinder Singh, who is personally present in Court, states that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation and custodial interrogation is not required.
