JUDGEMENT

(1.) While issuing notice of motion on 20.7.2011, following contentions of learned counsel for the petitioners were noticed:

(2.) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI -Sunny Khanna, submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 20.7.2011 is made absolute.
