(1.) HEARD counsel for the parties.

(2.) PETITIONER seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 147, dated 6.11.2010 for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120 -B IPC, Police Station New Baradari, Jalandhar.

(3.) THE Petitioner is in custody since 6.11.2010. The challan in the case has been filed and the trial in the case is likely to take time, as the prosecution is to examine 9 Pws. Only one prosecution witness has been examined so far. The Petitioner is stated to be a heart -patient. The prosecution is to established and prove its case by leading evidence.
