JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a petition for pre-arrest bail in a case registered vide FIR No.96 dated 02.06.2011, under Section 148, 149, 323, 325, 302 IPC at Police Station Sadar Gohana, District Sonepat.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and has been named by the co-accused in his confessional statement dated 05.06.2011 (Annexure P-2). He further submits that the petitioner is a student and was in Jammu and Kashmir at the time of occurrence.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
