RAJJU @ MUBARIK Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused Rajju @ Mubarik has filed this petition for bail in case FIR No. 337 dated 25.11.2009, under sections 395, 397, 412 IPC and section 25 of Arms Act, Police Station Sector-55, Faridabad.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case file.

(3.) The petitioner and his co-accused (numbering 6 to 7 in all) forcibly snatched trolla and JCB machine from driver and cleaner and threw driver and cleaner at abandoned place after beating them. The JCB machine was even sold by the culprits.
