JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to release the retiral benefits of the Petitioner.

(2.) THE Petitioner retired on 30.06.2010. Thereafter, she made representation dated 01.11.2010 and legal notice dated 10.12.2010 to the Respondents praying for the release of her pensionary benefits. However, the aforesaid representation as well as the legal notice have not been decided by the Respondents till date.

(3.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner is directed to supply two copies of the writ petition to the State counsel during the course of the day.
