JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking anticipatory bail in a case FIR No. 134 dated 7.7.2010 under Sections 341, 324, 323, 326, 452, 506, 427, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Salem Tabri, Ludhiana City, Punjab.

(2.) AFFIDAVIT of Sub Inspector Bittan Kumar is filed in the Court which is taken on record.

(3.) CONSIDERING all the facts and circumstances of the case, petition is allowed. In the event of arrest of the Petitioner, he shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer.
