JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 128 dated 25.9.2010 under Sections 307/336/427/148/149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25/57/54/59 of Arms Act at Police Station Moonak.

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 15.10.2010 has directed to release the Petitioner on interim bail.

(3.) MR . K.D. Sachdeva, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions of ASI Angrej Singh, who is present personally CRM No. M -30858 of 2010 -2 -in Court, has stated that Petitioner has fired in the air. He further stated that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation and custodial interrogation of the Petitioner is not required.
