JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking regular bail in a case registered against the Petitioner vide FIR No. 963 dated 12.11.2010 under Sections 489 -B and 489 -C IPC at Police Station City Hisar.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner has argued that offence, if any, is under Section 489 C IPC and no offence under Section 489 B IPC is made out and, thus, Petitioner is entitled to the concession of bail.
