PERHLAD Vs. HANS RAJ AND ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition is directed against judgment of acquittal recorded by Additional Sessions Judge -II, Fatehabad vide judgment dated 24.2.2011.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has not been able to show to the Court any piece of evidence that was relevant, which however has not been considered while recording acquittal of the Respondents. Learned Counsel further has not been able to draw attention of the Court towards any piece of evidence that has been perversely read that has caused manifest injustice.

(3.) ACCORDINGLY , this petition is dismissed.
