JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused Brahama Dei @ Barhamo Devi has filed this petition for bail in case FIR No. 158 dated 14.5.2011 under sections 376, 342, 506, 120-B IPC, Police Station Kundli, Sonepat.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case file.

(3.) According to the prosecution version, the petitioner who is running STD booth called prosecutrix aged 14 years to her booth on the pretext of telephonic call from her relative but when the prosecutrix reached there, petitioner's co-accused Teetu was also present there. The petitioner shut the booth from outside and Teetu committed rape on the prosecutrix.
