JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered against him on 23.9.2010 for the offences under Sections 307, 452, 506, 427, 148 and 149 IPC; besides, Section 25 of the Arms Act.

(3.) IN the facts and circumstances, the Petitioner on his furnishing personal bond and surety to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barnala shall be admitted to bail.
