ANGREJ SINGH @ GEJA Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Angrej Singh @ Geja accused has filed this petition for bail in case FIR No.68 dated 13.09.2011 under Sections 458, 323, 506, 34, 325 and 459 IPC registered at Police Station Khanauri, District Sangrur.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case file.

(3.) According to the prosecution version, the petitioner armed with 'gandasi' alongwith other co-accused entered into the house of the complainant and inflicted a gandasi blow from the reverse side on left jaw of complainant's brother Ranjha Ram resulting in fracture of jaw i.e. grievous hurt.
