GURDEEP SINGH Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a petition for bail in a pending trial case registered vide FIR No.67 dated 24.5.2010 under Sections 452, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short ''IPC'') at Police Station Baragudha, District Sirsa.

(2.) It is submitted that the petitioner had also filed a petition, namely, CRM-M-19801 of 2011 for quashing of the FIR in which following order was passed by this Court;

(3.) It is further submitted that the main accused namely Roshandeep Singh had an affair with the prosecutrix who is already released on bail.
