JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the respondents-State has submitted that the case of the petitioner with regard to service as well as pensionary benefits has already been decided. In this regard, he has placed on record documents Annexures R1 & R-2.

(2.) In view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such. However, the respondents-State is directed to follow the decision, as contained in Annexures R1 and R-2 within three months positively. The petitioner, if still aggrieved, would be at liberty to have recourse the remedy as provided under law.
