JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is the petition seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 205 dated 29.8.2010 under Sections 420/406/465/468/471 IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Batala.

(2.) THIS Court while issuing the notice has granted stay of the arrest of the Petitioner vide order dated 29th September 2010.

(3.) MR .K.D. Sachdeva, AAG, Punjab on the instructions of Mr. Kuldeep Singh, ASI, who is present in person in the court, has stated that R.C has been recovered from the Petitioner and bus is standing in the workshop. Hence nothing more is required to be recovered from the possession of the accused.
