JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the issues raised therein at an appropriate stage during trial.

(2.) Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners pointed out that present proceedings arise out of a cross case registered in the FIR No. 159 dated 11.10.2003, registered under Sections 307, 382, 379, 427, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Payal, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana.
