JUDGEMENT

(1.) CRM No. 7154 of 2014

(2.) The allegation made by the complainant Pargat Singh who was examined as SW6 was that though he was owner of 138/450 share in Khasra no. 1715/1388/1 to 855(0-10), 1715/1388/1 to 855(0-6) as per Jamabandi for the year 2001-2002, the said property was fraudulently sold away by accused Kishan Chand in connivance with accused Paras Ram, Tarsem Singh and Bhagwant Singh. Having alleged that the accused committed fraud and cheating by misrepresentation and concealment of facts, the private complaint was lodged.

(3.) After the closure of pre-charge evidence the accused were charged under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120- B of the Indian Penal Code.
