JUDGEMENT

(1.) REPLIES filed on behalf of Respondents No. 1 and 5 are taken on record.

(2.) THE challenge in the writ petition is against the order dated 5.3.2010 (Annexure P -13) by which the Respondent No. 7, the owner of one M/s A.V. Industries, has been permitted to carry on the industrial activity in the premises in question. The objection filed by the Petitioner in this regard has been dismissed by the aforesaid order dated 5.3.2010.

(3.) PURSUANT to the notice issued the Punjab Pollution Control Board has filed an affidavit dated 24.3.2011. In para 12 of the affidavit the first issue on which notice was issued by the Court has been answered in the following manner:
