RANI KAUR AND ANOTHER Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 109, dated 26.07.2011, under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, registered at Police Station Tapa Mandi, District Barnala.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 11.08.2011 and they have joined the investigation.

(3.) Learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, on the instructions from HC Dharam Pal, states that petitioners have joined the investigation and custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required.
