JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS civil writ petition has been filed praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing Order dated 7.8.2007 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad.

(2.) PERUSAL of Order Annexure P-2 indicates that petitioner Hukam Singh son of Shiv Singh was in possession of Gram Panchayat land unauthorizedly. The petitioner filed an application for allotment of land/ sale of land in his favour. The application has been dismissed vide the impugned order (Annexure P-2).

(3.) I have considered the contentions of learned counsel.
