JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 3 dated 5.1.2011 under Sections 420, 120 -B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Balongi, District Shahabjada Ajit Singh Nagar.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner is similarly situated as accused in connected case i.e. CRM -M -No. 7394 of 2011. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner further states that Petitioner shall join the investigation.

(3.) CONSIDERING totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, petition is allowed. Petitioner is directed to report in the police station for joining the investigation within 10 days and on joining the investigation Petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond and one surety of Rs. 20,000/ - each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the following conditions:
