(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 144 dated 26.2.2011 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120 -B IPC, Police Station City Gurgaon.

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 29.4.2011 has directed to release the Petitioner on interim bail.

(3.) MS . Preeti Chaudhary, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions from SI Satish Kumar, who is personally present in Court, states that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation and custodial interrogation is not required.
