JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking regular bail in a case registered against the Petitioner under Sections 15/25/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sadar, Patiala, District Patiala, vide FIR No. 173 dated 24th March, 2010.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner contends that at the time of occurrence, Petitioner was admitted in the hospital and thus there is no question of his being involved in the crime. He submits that Petitioner has been falsely implicated and thus, deserves the concession of bail.
