PARGAT SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the Petitioner in case FIR No. 561 dated 2.8.2009, under Sections 302/120B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Bathinda.

(2.) REPLY has been filed by the Respondent -State today in Court. The same is taken on record.

(3.) THIS is the 3rd application for bail filed on behalf of the present Petitioner -accused. First application was got dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 1.4.2010. Again, the second application was filed, which was also got dismissed as withdrawn, vide order dated 8.9.2010.
