SATYA DEVI Vs. GEETA DEVI AND ORS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order will dispose of the above mentioned two petitions as these have arisen out of the impugned order dated 24.9.2008.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the court of revision, vide the impugned order, had erred in discharging the private respondents.

(3.) Learned State counsel, on the other hand, has submitted that all the accused had helped Madan Mohan in performing second marriage with Geeta Devi during the subsistence of his marriage with the petitioner.
