MANJEET SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB AND ORS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Manjeet Singh, by filing this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, has sought quashing of First Information Report (for short 'FIR) No.316 dated October 09th, 2007, under Sections 323, 324 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), registered in Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar.

(2.) Learned State counsel has stated that in this case, the prosecution has prepared report for cancellation and the same will be submitted before the Area Magistrate within seven days.

(3.) In view of the above, no action is called for.
