BALVIR SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Application is allowed and annexed reply along with Annexure R-1 is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

(2.) It is inter alia alleged in the application that Hira Singh, his father Tara Singh, Gurwel Singh etc. picked up petitioner's son Sikandar from his house and detained him for the last 15 days and his whereabouts are not known and he might have been killed. It is also alleged that petitioner's daughter was also picked up from the house on 09.08.2011 between 11/11:30 P.M. by the aforesaid persons and they might have molested her and her whereabouts are also not known.

(3.) Reply on behalf of State of Punjab, filed today in Court, is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.
