(3.) CHARANJIT Singh -Petitioner is undergoing imprisonment for life in two case registered against him vide First Information Report (for short 'F.I.R.') No. 370 dated November 10th, 2002 under Sections 302 etc. of Indian Penal Code and F.I.R. No. 391 dated November 23rd, 2002 under Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Haibowal, Ludhiana and is confined in Central Jail, Ludhiana. He filed application (Annexure P -1) to release him on parole on January 22nd, 2011, which has not been decided as on date.
