(1.) THE appeal is against a decree of divorce secured on a petition filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The Court has acted on the proof affidavit of chief examination affirming the averments in the petition. The trial Court has observed that she was examined in Court.
(2.) IT is now contended in appeal by the appellant that the decree was obtained by practice of fraud by using the signatures, which her husband and father-in-law had secured from her without letting her know the contents of the same. The alleged fraud cannot be a matter of adjudication in an appellate forum against the decree. No relief is possible before this Court.
(3.) THE appeal is dismissed but with the observation as referred to above.
