JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.151 dated 01.12.2010 registered under Sections 307, 324, 323, 148, 149 and Sections 302 & 506 IPC at P.S. Division No.2, District Ludhiana.
