(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 15 dated 9.3.2011 under Sections 420/384/506 IPC, Police Station Shahpur Kandi, District Gurdaspur.

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 7.4.2011 has directed to release the Petitioner on interim bail.

(3.) MR . K.D. Sachdeva, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions from SI Prabhjit Singh, who is personally present in Court, states that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation.
