JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present application has been moved by the applicant for the transfer of the Civil Suit titled 'M/s Krishna Tractors v. M/s Goel Oil Company'from the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hisar to the court of competent jurisdiction at Gurgaon.

(2.) Through the present application, the transfer of the suit for mandatory injunction and for rendition of accounts filed by the Respondent in question has been sought on the ground that the suit pending at Hisar involves the identical issue as involved in the suit pending at Gurgaon between the parties.

(3.) I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
