(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 62, dated 16.06.2010, under Sections 323/324/379/506/34 and 326 IPC, registered at Police Station Bullowal, Hoshiarpur.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has been enlarged on bail pursuant to the CRM M -32724 of 2010 directions issued by this Court dated 22.11.2010 and he has joined the investigation.

(3.) LEARNED Counsel for the complainant has vehemently opposed the bail application.
