JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 708 dated 31.12.2009 under Sections 420/120 -B/506 IPC, P.S. Central, District Faridabad.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 23.3.2011.

(3.) CONSIDERING totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed. Order dated 23.3.2011 is made absolute, subject to the limitations provided under Section 438(2) of the Code. Petitioner - accused shall participate in the investigation as and when he is required.
