MOHAN SINGH AND OTHERS Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused Mohan Singh, Kewal Krishan and Amar Singh have filed this petition for anticipatory bail in case FIR No.79 dated 04.10.2011, under Sections 379, 447 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (in short -- IPC), registered at Police Station Sadar, District Pathankot.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case file.

(3.) According to the prosecution version, the petitioners trespassed into the land of the complainant party and harvested and took away crops from six kanals land.
