RAVINDER KUMAR Vs. CHANAN SINGH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition has been filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of complaint bearing No. 8 dated 3.2.2007 titled as Chanan Singh v. Ravinder Kumar etc pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala, District Kapurthala and subsequent proceedings arising there from on the basis of compromise entered into between the parties.

(2.) THE complaint in question was got registered by the Respondent. However, the matter has been compromised between the parties due to the intervention of the respectable of the area. Compromise deed (Annexure P -2) has also been placed on record.

(3.) MR . Gautam Thapar, Advocate, who is present in the Court accepts notice and files the affidavit of the Respondent with respect to the compromise.
