JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 202 dated 24.5.2009 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120 -B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Division No. 6, District Jalandhar.

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 4.3.2011 has directed to release the Petitioner on bail.

(3.) MR . K.D. Sachdeva, Addl. A.G. Punjab, on instructions from ASI Darshan Kumar, who is present personally in Court, has stated that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation.
