JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 29 dated 23.1.2010 under Sections 323/498A/406/506 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Punhana, District Nuh (Mewat).

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 15.12.2010 has directed to release the Petitioners on interim bail.

(3.) MR . Gaurav Dhir, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions of ASI Lakhi Ram, who is present personally in Court, has stated that Petitioners are co -operating in the investigation.
